ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
· Check for deficiencies and errors in every part before it is shipped.
· Responsible for shutting down production if errors are found and contact team leader.
· Ability to read and fully understand prints.
· Ability to accurately/efficiently measure parts to print tolerances and document as required by ISO standards.
· Train additional quality inspectors.
· Able to operate and maintain measuring equipment.
· Be organized and thorough.
· Give professional feedback to appropriate personnel pertaining to dimensions found out of specifications.
· Maintain exceptional attendance record.
· Keep a clean and efficient work environment within ISO:9001 and 5S guidelines.
· Follow proper safety techniques and procedures to handle potentially hazardous materials such as but not limited to: Solder, Flux, Hot Glue, 3MTM ScotchCastTM, Denatured Alcohol, Molten Plastic, etc...
· Proper disposal of waste such as recyclables, standard waste, etc. is expected.
· Work within a team environment professionally.
· Work independently with little to no direction.
· Troubleshooting problems, independently, as they come up.
· Perform quality inspection according to the print and ITP.
· Any other tasks as required to fulfill Tri-V’s, values, and commitment to quality.
